2018年，河南省电力消费快速增长，增速达7.9%，为2012年以来的最高值；全省用电负荷再创新高，达到6750万千瓦，较上年增长711万千瓦。电力消费增长主要由工业、三产和居民用电双轮驱动。当前，河南经济发展稳中向好，供给侧结构性改革初见成效，用电结构持续优化，工业增长新动能逐步形成，三产和居民用电稳步提升。本文采用重点行业分析法、经济电力传导法等预测方法，对2019年全省全社会用电量进行了预测分析，并给出了不同情况下的预测方案。总体上看，未来随着以电为中心的能源消费新模式逐渐形成，全省电力需求仍将刚性增长。
In 2018，the electricity consumption in Henan province grew rapidly with a year-on-year growth rate of 7.9%，the highest since 2012. The province’s electricity load reached a new high，reaching 67.5 million kilowatts，an increase of 7.11 million kilowatts from the previous year. Electricity consumption growth is mainly driven by industrial，tertiary and residential electric two-wheel drive. At present，Henan’s economic development is stable and positive，the supply-side structural reform has achieved initial results，the power structure has been continuously optimized，the new kinetic energy of industrial growth has gradually formed，and the tertiary production and residential electricity consumption have steadily increased. This paper adopts the forecasting methods such as key industry analysis methods. The electricity consumption of the whole society in 2019 is predicted and analyzed，and the forecast schemes under different circumstances are given. On the whole，along with the new energy consumption mode of Henan Province will still increase rigidly in the future.
