随着城镇化及工业化进程的不断推进，“垃圾围城”已成为我国各大省市发展过程中面临的突出问题，环境压力日益加大。当前，河南省正处于加快城镇化建设的关键时期，生活垃圾焚烧发电作为处理生活垃圾的主要方式可以很好地解决垃圾处理问题。作为人口大省，河南省生活垃圾资源极其丰富，为全省垃圾焚烧发电行业的发展创造了良好机遇。本文总结了当前全省垃圾焚烧发电的现状以及存在的主要问题，对其面临的形势和未来发展的趋势进行了详细分析，最后对河南省生活垃圾焚烧发电行业发展提出了相关建议。
With the continuous advancement of urbanization and industrialization，“garbage siege” has become a prominent problem in the development of major provinces and cities in China，and environmental pressure is increasing. At present，Henan Province is in a critical period of accelerating urbanization. Domestic waste incineration and power generation，as the main way of domestic garbage disposal，can solve the problem of garbage disposal. As a large population province，Henan Province has extremely rich domestic garbage resources，which has created a good opportunity for the development of the province’s waste incineration power generation industry. This paper summarizes the current status of the province’s waste incineration power generation and the main problems，and analyzes the situation and future development trends. Finally，it puts forward relevant suggestions for the development of the domestic waste incineration power generation industry in Henan Province.
