2020年是河南全面建成小康社会和“十三五”规划收官之年，突如其来的新冠肺炎疫情和复杂多变的国内外环境，对河南省经济社会发展、电力生产运行带来了较大影响。本文总结了全省“十三五”电力供需情况，深入分析了“十四五”时期面临的形势，对“十四五”电力供需进行了预测展望。预计到2025年全省全社会用电量将达到4670亿千瓦时，最大负荷约为9800万千瓦，电力供需形势逐渐趋紧。为满足新时代电力高质量发展要求，河南需统筹省内和省外两个市场、供给和需求两端资源，着力保障全省电力供应。
2020 is the year when Henan fully builds prosperous society and the end of “13th Five-Year Plan”.The sudden COVID-19 epidemic and the complex domestic and foreign environment has a great impact on Henan Province’s economic and social development and electricity production and operation.This article introduces the power supply and demand status of Henan Province’s during the “13th Five-Year Plan”，deeply analyzes the situation we are facing in the 14th Five-Year Plan，and forecasts the power supply and demand during the “14th Five-Year Plan”.It is estimated that by 2025，the electricity consumption of the whole province will reach 467 billion kilowatt-hours and the maximum load will be about 98 million kilowatts.The power supply and demand situation is gradually tightening.In order to meet the requirements of high-quality power development in the new era，Henan needs to coordinate the resources of supply and demand ends within and outside the province，and strive to ensure the province’s power supply.
