2020年，面对突如其来的新冠肺炎疫情和复杂多变的内外部环境，河南全力保障油品生产供应，原油产量与上年基本持平，成品油消费受疫情影响有所下降，全年油品供需总体宽松。2021年，预计在全省经济持续回稳向好的带动下，成品油消费将实现恢复性增长，同时随着新建炼化产能的投产以及储运体系的不断完善，全省油品供需将保持宽松态势。建议河南以企业数字化转型带动行业竞争力提升，加快推动石油行业转型升级，营造良好的市场和监管环境，实现石油化工产业高质量发展。
In 2020，facing the sudden COVID-19 epidemic and the complex internal and external environment，Henan Province has made every effort to ensure the production and supply of oil products.Crude oil production is basically the same as the previous year.The consumption of refined oil has declined due to the impact of the epidemic.The supply and demand of oil products are generally loose throughout the year.In 2021，it is expected that as the province’s economy continues to stabilize and improve，refined oil consumption will achieve recovery growth.At the same time，with the commissioning of new refining and chemical production capacity and the continuous improvement of the storage and transportation system，the supply and demand of oil products in the province will remain loose.It is recommended that Henan Province use the digital transformation of enterprises to promote the improvement of industry competitiveness，accelerate the transformation and upgrading of the petroleum industry，and create good market and regulatory environment，in order to achieve high-quality development of the petrochemical industry.
