自由贸易港作为当今世界开放程度最高的特殊经济区，经历了从航运中转到加工制造，再到资源配置和城市联盟的升级转型过程。作为自由贸易试验区的升级版本，自由贸易港与“一带一路”相结合，将有效推动中国新一轮改革开放的进程。本报告梳理了世界主要贸易港的功能定位与设计，并对我国自由贸易港的发展进行展望。
As a special economic zone with the highest degree of openness in the world，the free trade port has gone through the upgrading and transformation process from shipping transfer to processing and manufacturing，to resource allocation and urban alliance. As an upgraded version of the pilot free trade zone，the combination of free trade port and “One Belt And One Road” will effectively promote the process of China’s new round of reform and opening up. This report summarizes the functional purpose and design of main free ports in the world，and gives an enlightment over China’s free trade ports development.
