本报告在详细介绍海南自贸区（港）的自然、社会条件的基础上，梳理其政策变化及重大历史事件，指出设立海南自贸区（港）的重大意义，重点介绍了海南自贸区（港）的创新实践案例。同时，本报告也指出了目前海南自贸区（港）发展过程中遇到的主要问题，并提出相应的政策建议。
On the basis of introducing the natural and social conditions of Hainan free trade area （port） in detail，this paper sorted out its policy changes and major historical events，clarified the significance of establishing Hainan free trade area （port），and mainly introduced the innovative practice cases of Hainan free trade area （port）.
