陕西自由贸易试验区在行政体制改革、商事服务机制优化、投资服务政策创新、产业创新发展、金融制度创新、“一带一路”国际合作和人文交流平台搭建等方面进行大胆试点探索，形成了“政务服务驿站”行政服务模式、“投贷联动”小微企业融资模式、“一站式境外投资服务平台”模式等系列制度创新亮点。但陕西自贸试验区也存在制度顶层设计不足、行政服务效能相对低下、功能片区同质竞争、专业人才储备薄弱、创新发展思路不清等诸多掣肘问题，未来应加大制度顶层设计力度、深化行政服务体制改革、合理规划各功能片区差异化发展路径、创新人才吸纳与培养服务体系，推动陕西自由贸易试验区试点探索取得更大进展，为新时代陕西、西部乃至丝绸之路沿线区域的整体发展做出更大贡献。
