自由贸易试验区金融改革和创新取得了较大成就，在总体思路、规则体系和改革模式创新上都有许多突破。各自贸区在金融创新不同领域中有着不同的侧重点和方向，共同推进自由贸易试验区金融创新改革步伐的整体加快。本报告认为，自贸试验区金融业发展中存在的主要问题包括同质化程度较高、商业银行风险管理压力较大、金融创新步伐较小等，应在保护知识产权、完善信用体系和业务发展模式创新上多下功夫。
The financial reform and innovation of the pilot free trade zone have made many achievements，and there are many breakthroughs in the overall thinking，rule system and reform mode innovation. To be specific，each free trade zone has different development priorities and achievements in different fields of financial innovation，different priorities and directions，and jointly promote the overall pace of financial innovation and reform in the pilot free trade zone. This report views the high similarity extent，the risk management pressure of commerial banks and the innovation steps of finance as the main problems，and gives its own solution by protecting innovation property，improving credit system and introducing bussiness model innovation.
