自由贸易试验区和“一带一路”倡议同是国家级重大投资与开放战略。中国自贸试验区平台的基础支撑功能可以推动“一带一路”倡议的实施，同时“一带一路”将不同地区的自贸试验区联动起来，形成自贸试验区网络，推动中国自贸试验区体系的完善。本报告认为，自由贸易试验区投资与开放的主要任务包括打造国际化营商环境、采用新型贸易业务模式、提升金融业开放层次、强化区位优势和产业特色等。
The free trade zone strategy and the “One Belt And One Road” strategy are also the national major investment and opening strategy. From the perspective of internal relations，the basic support function of China’s free trade area platform can promote the implementation of “One Belt And One Road” strategy，and the “One Belt And One Road” strategy will link the free trade areas in different regions to form a free trade area network and promote the improvement of China’s free trade area system. This report also gives the main tasks of FTZs’ investment and opening up，such as the establishment of international commercial environment，the new type of trade bussiness，the opening up stage of finance，and the distributional advantages and industry characters，etc.
