国际金融危机之后，世界范围内出现“逆全球化”思潮，对中国对外贸易产生一定冲击。自由贸易试验区战略作为中国新一轮改革开放的重要组成部分，在“逆全球化”背景下将承担更重要的历史使命。从经济拉动和制度建设两个方面来看，自由贸易试验区自成立以来对中国新一轮改革开放做出许多重要的贡献。本报告认为，自贸试验区未来应建立自由企业制度、合理把握金融开放与风险控制关系、培育与开放经济相匹配的商业文化。
Since the international financial crisis，there has been a worldwide trend of thought of “anti-globalization”，which has a certain impact on China’s foreign trade. As an important part of China’s new round of reform and opening up，free trade pilot zone strategy will take on a more important historical mission under the background of “anti-globalization”. From the perspective of economic pull and system construction，FTA has made many important contributions to China’s new round of reform and opening up since its establishment. In future，FTZ should establish free enterprise system，have contral over finance opening up and risk management，and cultivate accommodative commercial culture.
