伊斯兰工作伦理是穆斯林员工在工作情境中依据伊斯兰教义对自身的态度和行为进行是非区分并自觉遵循的规范。文章从伊斯兰工作伦理的概念、测量及其与组织中员工态度变量和行为变量的关系等方面,总结和阐释了这一领域内具有代表性的研究,重点陈述了不同群体中伊斯兰工作伦理的概况,并将伊斯兰工作伦理与其他工作伦理做了比较。最后,文章综合了以往研究在理论框架和研究方法等方面亟待解决的问题,提出未来研究需要探索伊斯兰工作伦理在不同文化背景下的比较和应用。
Islamic work ethic is a norm for Muslim employees to distinguish between right and wrong in their own attitudes and behaviors according to Islamic teachings and to consciously follow them in the work situation. This paper summarizes and reviews the more representative research in this field,such as the formation and measurement of Islamic work ethic,its relationship with employee attitude and behavioral variables in the organization,focuses on the Islamic work ethic in different groups and compare the other ethical aspects of Islamic ethics. Lastly,the article summarizes the problems that need to be solved in the theoretical framework and research methods before,and highlights future research that needs to explore for the comparison of Islamic work ethic in different cultural backgrounds.
