2020~2021年,在疫情冲击缓解和极度宽松的财政和货币政策刺激下,世界经济逐渐复苏,通胀快速上升。2021年召开的领导人气候峰会使气候问题再次成为全球热点。本报告主要选题于中国社会科学院世界经济与政治研究所全球宏观经济研究室编译的《全球智库半月谈》,选题的时间范围为2020年10月至2021年9月,主要聚焦三个在选题期间被全球智库广泛讨论的热点问题。第一,随着疫情的缓解与经济逐步复苏,全球通胀快速上升,美国通胀已经连续数月超过美联储目标水平。智库主要关注了通胀预期、疫情、气候变化等因素与通胀的关系,同时讨论了本轮通胀是否需要担忧的问题。第二,疫情背景下的宏观经济政策。智库研究主要涉及货币政策、财政政策等刺激政策是否会导致金融风险。第三,气候变化问题。智库文章主要关注了气候变化对经济的影响以及相应的政策问题。
From 2020 to 2021,under the stimulation of extremely loose fiscal and monetary policies,the world economy gradually recovered,coupled with the mitigation of the impact of the epidemic,inflation rose rapidly. The leaders’ climate summit held this year has brought the issue of climate change to a great deal of attention. This paper summarizes three hot issues discussed by global think tanks from October 2020 to September 2021. First,with the relief of the epidemic and the gradual recovery of the economy,global inflation is rising rapidly,and US inflation has exceeded the Fed’s target level for several month. Think tanks mainly study the relationship between inflation expectations,the epidemic,climate change and inflation,and discusses whether this round of inflation needs to be worried. Second,macroeconomic policies in the context of the epidemic. Think-tank studies are mainly concerned with monetary policy,fiscal policy and whether these stimulus policies will lead to financial risks. Third,climate change. Think-tank articles mainly focuses on the impact of climate change on economy and related policy issues.
