The year of 2021 witnesses the unraveling of great power relations in accordance with its pre-COVID tendencies. The tension between the US and China keeps intensifying，and the track that Trump sets for the China Policy remains in the Biden administration with some alterations. The Sino-Russian relationship is still at its historical best，though a bettering Russian-US relationship may pose some uncertainty. The Sino-EU relationship and the EU-US relationship form a double-folded dynamic，through which the US act detrimentally on the relation between EU and China. China has become a barycenter in great power relations as of today.
