城市发展系统与区域创新系统两者之间只有保持协调发展和良性循环的关系,才可以更好地实现经济高质量发展。本文在系统地梳理城市发展系统与区域创新系统两者之间耦合机制的基础上,构建指标体系,测算284个地级及以上城市2003~2016年的耦合协调度,并且使用空间自相关分析方法分析耦合协调度的时空格局特征。研究发现:第一,从整体特征上看,大部分城市都处于低度耦合协调阶段,只有少部分城市处于中度或高度耦合协调阶段,耦合协调度数值最高与最低城市间的差距逐年缩小;第二,选择排名前三十的城市进行分析,以秦岭淮河作为南北地理分界线,南北差异逐年增大;第三,耦合协调度空间集聚格局明显、指向性较强,H-H型集聚区主要稳定在京津冀、长三角以及珠三角范围内。
Only by maintaining a coordinated development and a virtuous circle relationship between urban development system and regional innovation system can we better achieve high-quality economic development. This study systematically combs the coupling mechanism between the urban development system and the regional innovation system,builds an index system to measure the degree of coupling and coordination of 284 prefecture-level cities from 2003 to 2016,and uses spatial autocorrelation analysis to analyze the spatio-temporal pattern characteristics of coordination degree. First,in terms of overall characteristics,most cities are distributed in the low-coupling and coordination stage,and only a few cities are in the medium and high-coupling and coordination stages. The gap between the cities with the highest and lowest values of the coupling coordination degree has been narrowing year by year. Second,the top 30 cities are selected for specific situation analysis,and the Qinling Huaihe River is used as the geographical dividing line between the north and the south,and the difference between the north and the south is increasing year by year. Third,the spatial agglomeration pattern of the coupling coordination degree is obvious,and the directivity is strong. The H-H agglomeration area is mainly stable in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta.
