第一次世界大战结束至今的百余年间,罗马尼亚的疆域面积、民族构成和社会制度几经变迁,语言政策也多有调整。本文以《凡尔赛条约》的签订为起点,分四个阶段对罗马尼亚境内的民族构成变化和语言政策走向情况进行梳理,旨在探讨不同历史时期影响语言政策制定和实施的主要因素和规律,从历时和多维的视角认识罗马尼亚当前的语言生活格局。
In the hundred years after the First World War,Romania’s territory,ethnic composition and social systems underwent several changes,so did the country’s language policy. Taking the signing of the Treaty of Versailles as a starting point,this author divides the changes in its ethnic composition and language policy into four stages,trying to identify factors affecting language policies in different periods. The article presents a diachronic and multidimensional perspective on Romania’s language landscape today.
