1996年以来，在核电产业的起步和发展历程中，东方电气与法国公司，特别是法马通（Framatome）、阿尔斯通（Alstom）和法国电力集团（EDF）三家核电企业，通过技术转让、分包供货乃至合资建厂方式进行了深度合作，促进东方电气快速形成了国产化能力和完整的主设备成套研制能力。双方的合作经历了岭澳一期、岭澳二期、红沿河、宁德、方家山、福清、台山等项目，不断深入，范围逐步扩大，并在英国HPC项目合作中实现了核电“走出去”的突破。东方电气由核电设备分包商起步，成长为具有自主研发、设计、制造和服务能力的核电站主设备成套解决方案提供商。借助各自优势，东方电气和法方企业将开展更加广泛和深入的合作，共同开拓未来国际核能市场。
During its starting-up and development of nuclear power industry since 1996，DEC has conducted in-depth cooperation with French companies，especially with Framatome，Alstom and EDF，in the way of technical transfer，equipment supply subcontracting and the creation of Joint Venture，which enable DEC a quick ramp-up in its localization and manufacturing capability of complete set of main equipment. Our cooperation has gone through Ling Ao Phase Ⅰ，Ling Ao Phase Ⅱ，Hong Yanhe，Ning De，Fang Jiashan，Fu Qing，and Taishan projects，featuring gradual expanding in cooperation depth and scope. DEC has realized the breakthrough of “going abroad” of nuclear power in the cooperation of Hinkley Point project for United Kingdom. By starting as the subcontractor of nuclear power equipment，DEC has grown to be a complete solution provider for independent R&D，engineering，manufacturing and services of nuclear power main equipment. Based on our respective advantages，DEC and French companies will conduct broader and deeper cooperation to jointly explore international nuclear power market.
