This paper summarizes the achievements of the SCO member states in connectivity over the past 19 years，especially the infrastructure connectivity，namely road transport networks，has been basically established. The mature construction of cross-border pipelines of oil and gas，the gradual formation of the power and telecommunications network. These provides favorable conditions for further exploring the potential of SCO economic and trade cooperation and promoting regional economic cooperation. On these basis，the problems in the interconnection construction and the future development prospects are analyzed.
