The further expansion and opening of the aviation and shipping field is of great importance to the further expansion and strengthening of the flow economy in the Hainan Island Economic Zone. In the aviation field，the “pilot opening of the seventh freedom rights” represents the highest level of freedom of freedom trade port freedom in the world. In the shipping field，with the construction of the “China Yangpu Port” as a Registration as the core，we will promote the construction of an international shipping hub for the new western road and sea passage. At present，with the efforts of the Hainan Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government，actively communicating with the central ministries and commissions，the opening of various air and shipping policies of the Free Trade Port is being implemented，and its radiation driving effect will also affect the construction of the “Belt and Road” and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay District construction and the construction of a new land-sea channel in the west. However，compared with Singapore and Hong Kong，the Hainan Free Trade Port still has obvious gaps in system innovation，supporting industries，facilities and services. In the future，the Hainan Free Trade Port needs to continue to make efforts in infrastructure construction，supporting industry development，RCEP and other regional cooperation，to further stimulate the vitality of Hainan’s aviation and shipping development and boost the construction of Hainan Free Trade Port.
