2020年，酒钢集团的运营质量显著提高，产业结构不断优化，改革成效初步显现，创新能力显著增强，“三化”改造取得突破，但存在产业政策约束力度不断加大、资源保障能力亟须提升、核心竞争力不强等难题。本报告建议要在筑牢稳健发展红线底线、提升生产经营效率效益、释放各类要素潜力活力、增强创新发展动能效能等方面加大力度。
In 2020，the operation quality and the industrial structure of Jiuquan Iron and Steel Group will continue to be optimized，the reform effect will initially appear，the innovation ability will be significantly enhanced，and the “three modernizations” transformation will make a breakthrough. However，there are some problems，such as the increasing constraints of industrial policies，the urgent need to improve the ability of resource guarantee，and the weak core competitiveness，Jiuquan Iron and Steel Group Co.，Ltd. In 2021，this report suggests that efforts should be made to strengthen the bottom line of steady development，improve the efficiency of production and operation，release the potential vitality of various factors，and enhance the efficiency of innovation and development.
