2020年，嘉峪关市以“构建居家社区机构相协调、医养康养相结合的养老服务体系”为目标，积极落实社会力量进入医养领域各项政策，推动医养康养服务在社区、机构深度融合，整合社区养老服务资源，满足老年人多样化的养老需求，但仍存在资金筹措渠道单一、养老专业人才紧缺等问题。本报告建议提升居家养老服务层次、提高养老机构服务质量、普及医养结合服务模式等，完善老年人关爱服务体系，推动养老产业不断发展。
By 2020，Jiayuguan City will actively implement various policies to support the entry of social forces into the field of medical and nursing care，with the goal of “building a system of old-age care service that is coordinated by community institutions at home and integrated with medical care and health care”，to promote the integration of medical care and rehabilitation services in communities and institutions，and to integrate the resources of community services for the elderly，so as to meet the diversified needs of the elderly. However，there are still problems such as a single fund raising channel and a shortage of professional personnel for providing for the aged. This report proposes to raise the level of providing services for the aged at home，improve the service quality of old-age institutions，popularize the service model of combining medical care with nursing care，and improve the care and service system for the aged，we will promote the continuous development of the old-age care industry.
