2020年，嘉峪关市住房和城乡建设局紧紧围绕经济社会发展的总体思路和工作任务，统筹推进城市建设与管理工作，聚焦城市项目建设、管理维护、公用设施建设、基础设施建设、工程质量安全监管、老旧小区改造及惠民实事等重点工作，持续优化城市功能、提升城市品质、增进民生福祉，但仍在城市建设长期规划、城市精细化管理等方面存在问题。本报告建议持续做好城市基础设施建设工作，进一步提升城市精细化管理水平，严格落实住建行业监管责任，以实现城市现代化建设与管理工作高质量发展。
