In 2020，Jiayuguan City will earnestly implement Xi Jinping’s ecological civilization thought，and further implement the development philosophy that “Lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets”. It will focus on consolidating the achievements of “National Garden City” and make overall plans for the control of mountains，rivers，forests，farmlands，lakes，grass and sand systems，we will actively promote large-scale land greening，carry out voluntary tree-planting activities for the whole people，and vigorously implement ecological greening projects. The quality of afforestation has been comprehensively improved，and the urban and rural living environment has been improved markedly，the city Green Huimin County and ecological construction work has achieved remarkable results. However，there are still some problems such as the difficulty to supplement the green quantity gap，shortage of water resources for greening，This report suggests that we should continue to deepen the comprehensive reform of forestry，do a good job in the construction of forestry industry system，and deepen the supporting reform of collective forest property right system，so as to lay a good foundation for building an ecological，leisure and livable city in the western region.
