In 2020，the state-owned assets and state-owned enterprises system of Jiayuguan City will pay close attention to reform，further optimize the structural layout and resource allocation of state-owned assets，continuously strengthen the supervision ability of state-owned assets，and continuously improve the development quality and scale of state-owned assets. In view of the existing problems such as the low degree of marketization of enterprises，the slow progress of property rights diversification reform，and the unreasonable personnel structure of state-owned enterprises，it is suggested that we should focus on the implementation of reform measures of state-owned enterprises，strengthen the supervision efficiency of state-owned assets，and improve the assessment and distribution mechanism in 2021.
