Jiayuguan Industrial Park is an important carrier of the city’s economic incubation，cultivation，agglomeration and development. In 2020，focusing on the development goal of “strengthening the city through industry and revitalizing the district through science and technology”，it will comprehensively promote the four upgrading actions of “all staff investment promotion，efficient service，fine management and upgrading” to achieve the basic characteristics of stable and good economic development of the park. However，there are still some practical problems，such as the difficulty of attracting investment，the weak foundation for the establishment of national high-tech zones，and the prominent contradiction between land supply and demand. Through analysis and comparison，this report proposes to strengthen infrastructure construction，build high-quality investment and financing platform，continue to carry out in-depth investment promotion，and actively apply for national high-tech zone，aiming at promoting the high-quality transformation and development of the Jiayuguan industrial park in an all-round way under the guidance of the new development concept.
