教育是国之大计、党之大计。2020年，嘉峪关市全面贯彻党的教育方针，坚持优先发展教育事业，聚焦立德树人根本任务，持续深化教育综合改革，坚持以质量求发展、以质量促公平，加快推进教育现代化，人民群众对教育的获得感和幸福感稳步提升，但存在公办学校教师编制紧缺、公办学前教育资源总量不足、教师绩效工资考核分配机制需要完善等问题。本报告建议坚持党建引领发展、教育立德树人、加大教育资金投入、深化教育综合改革、加强师资建设，回应人民群众诉求，奋力推动教育事业高质量发展。

However，there are also problems such as the shortage of teachers in public schools，the inadequacy of the total amount of public pre-school education resources，and the need for continuous progress in the distribution mechanism of teachers’ performance appraisal. It is proposed that adhere to Party building to lead development，educate morality and cultivate talents，increase investment in education funds，deepen comprehensive reform of education，Strengthen the construction of teachers，actively solve educational problems，respond to the demands of the people，and strive to promote high-quality development of education.
