2020年，嘉峪关市以创建国家全域旅游示范区为契机，积极融入大敦煌文化旅游经济圈，以实施乡村振兴战略、建设旅游强市为目标，加快发展乡村旅游，改善乡村旅游基础设施，培育乡村旅游业态，完善乡村公共文化服务，持续优化乡村旅游服务环境，带动乡村旅游整体发展，但存在发展无序、开发模式雷同、旅游观光旺季短等问题。本报告建议持续深化思想认识、开发特色乡村旅游产品、发挥示范村带动作用等，进一步促进乡村旅游提档升级。
In 2020，Jiayuguan City will take the establishment of the national tourism demonstration area as an opportunity to integrate into the cultural tourism economy circle of Dunhuang actively，with the goal of implementing the strategy of rural revitalization and building a strong tourism city，and accelerate the development of rural tourism. As the same time，the city will strive to improve rural tourism infrastructure，cultivate rural tourism，and improve rural public cultural services. However，there are also some problems during the development，such as disordered development，similar development mode and short tourist season. It is suggested that the city should continuously deepen ideological understanding develop characteristic rural tourism products，play an exemplary role of demonstration village，and promote the upgrading of rural tourism further.
