发展和繁荣文化事业是提升城市品质的重要抓手。2020年，嘉峪关市公共文化服务体系建设持续完善、文化领域重点改革持续推进、文化惠民活动扎实开展、非遗保护和传承工作成效显著，但仍存在文化专业人才少、专项活动经费落实难、缺少相关扶持政策和激励机制等问题。本报告建议继续完善公共文化服务体系基础设施建设、深入开展群众文化惠民活动、重视文化人才培养培训、拓宽公共文化资金投入渠道、做好公益文化场馆免费开放工作、继续打造品牌文化服务活动等，从而更好地挖掘地域文化内涵，提升城市形象，构建现代公共文化服务体系新格局，进一步提升人民群众的获得感、幸福感。
Development and prosperity of cultural undertakings is an important starting point to improve the quality of the city. In 2020，the construction of public cultural service system in Jiayuguan City will continue to improve，the key reform in the cultural field will continue to advance，the activities of benefiting the people will be solidly carried out，and the intangible cultural heritage protection and inheritance work will achieve remarkable results，However，we still need to pay attention to the problems such as the lack of cultural professionals，the difficulty in implementing the funds for special activities，and the lack of relevant supporting policies and incentive mechanisms. This report suggests that we should continue to improve the infrastructure construction of the public cultural service system，carry out mass cultural activities for the benefit of the people，pay attention to the cultivation and training of cultural talents，broaden the investment channels of public cultural funds，do a good job in the free opening of public cultural venues，continue to build brand culture，etc in order to better tap the connotation of regional culture，enhance the image of the city，build a new pattern of modern public cultural service system，and further enhance the people’s sense of gain and happiness.
