2020年以来，虽然受新冠肺炎疫情影响，嘉峪关市非公经济依然呈现稳中向好的态势，在稳就业、扩投资、促发展方面发挥了主力军作用。本报告着重对2020年嘉峪关市非公经济发展的现状、优势等进行了分析，指出了非公经济发展中存在的产业层次低、企业规模偏小、发展要素保障不足等问题，在分析比较的基础上，建设性地提出了有效落实扶持政策、推进产业结构升级、支持企业提质增效、持续优化营商环境等对策建议。
Since 2020，despite the influence of COVID-19，the non-public economy in Jiayuguan City is still stable and good. It has played a leading role in stabilizing employment，expanding investment and promoting development. This report focuses on refining and analyzing the current situation and advantages of Jiayuguan’s non-public economic development in 2020，and points out the problems existing in the development of non-public economy，based on the analysis and comparison，this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions，such as effectively implementing supporting policies，promoting the upgrading of industrial structure，supporting enterprises to improve quality and efficiency，and continuously optimizing business environment.
