2020年，嘉峪关市金融业紧扣全面建成小康社会目标，围绕疫情防控及企业需求，坚持稳中求进工作总基调，深入贯彻新发展理念，坚持以供给侧结构性改革为主线，推动高质量发展，扎实做好“六稳”工作，落实“六保”任务，纵深推进“服务实体经济、防范金融风险、深化金融改革”三大任务，为全市实现“两高”目标、推进“三城”建设、做实“六共”举措提供了优质的金融支持。但在服务实体经济发展的过程中仍存在企业融资难、融资贵，防范和化解金融风险任重道远等问题。本报告建议从构建政策体系、深化金融服务、强化风险防范、规范发展地方金融组织、优化营商环境五个方面入手，锐意进取、积极创新、真抓实干，不断推进金融业取得长足发展。
By 2020，Jiayuguan City’s financial sector has kept to the goal of completing the building of a comprehensive Xiaokang. In the light of the epidemic prevention and control as well as the needs of businesses，we have upheld the general principle of pursuing progress while ensuring stability，thoroughly implemented the new development philosophy，and adhered to the principle of supply-side structural reform，to promote high-quality development，do a solid job in “six stability”，carry out the tasks of “six guarantees”，and further advance the three tasks of “serving the real economy，preventing financial risks and deepening financial reform”，for the city to achieve the “two high” goal，to promote the “three cities” construction，to achieve the “six common” measures to provide high-quality financial support. However，in the process of serving the development of the real economy，there are still some problems such as the long-term co-existence of financing difficulties，the heavy responsibilities of preventing and resolving financial risks and so on. It is suggested that we should forge ahead，make innovations and do solid work in five areas，namely，constructing policy system，deepening financial services，strengthening risk prevention，standardizing the development of local financial organizations and optimizing business environment，so as to promote the rapid development of the financial industry.
