After the Fukushima accident of nuclear power plant，the development of nuclear power has slowed down worldwide. New installed capacity of nuclear power continues to decrease，and China becomes the main force of new installed capacity. Although the third generation of nuclear technology reaches its maturity，it cannot alter the trend of nuclear power. The increase of new installed capacity of nuclear power will lower than the increase of word electricity demand. The Russian Academy holds that nuclear power will account for less than 10% of world electricity supply.
