低碳技术是实现碳达峰、碳中和的重要手段,包括清洁能源技术、CCUS、储能、电动汽车、多能互补等。福建省风电、光伏、核电、生物质发电等清洁能源技术已经广泛应用,氢能的制取、储运、应用技术加快研究,CCUS已开始示范,“源网荷”三侧储能应用同步发力,电动汽车加速发展,多能互补技术依托海岛、工业园区等已逐步走向实际应用。总体来看,福建省低碳技术具备一定的优势,在实现碳达峰、碳中和目标中将发挥重要作用。预计2060年福建省清洁能源装机将超过1亿千瓦,新能源制氢、氢燃料电池汽车广泛应用,CCUS技术取得突破并形成产业链,储能技术深度融入电网各环节,多能互补技术实现城市级应用。
Low-carbon technology is an important method to reach carbon peak and achieve carbon neutrality,including clean energy technologies,CCUS,energy storage,electric vehicles,multi-energy complementation,etc. In Fujian,wind power,photovoltaics,nuclear,biomass and other clean energy technology have been widely applied. The researches on technologies of production,storage,transportation,and application of hydrogen energy are accelerated in promising ways. The CCUS demonstration projects have begun,and the energy storage technologies have been applied in the source-grid-load system. The development of electric vehicles has been accelerated,and the multi-energy complementary technologies have been gradually put into practical application relying on islands and industrial parks. Overall,low-carbon technologies in Fujian have certain advantages and will play a significant role in realizing the goal of carbon peak and carbon neutrality. It is expected that in 2060,the installed capacity of clean energy in Fujian will exceed 100 million kW,new energy for hydrogen production and hydrogen fuel cell vehicles will be widely used,breakthroughs of CCUS technology will be made and industrial chains will be formed,energy storage technologies will be deeply used in all links of the power grid,and multi-energy complementary technologies will be applied at city level.
