2020~2021年三大品牌展会平台助力北京与全球文化服务贸易发展

2020年,新冠肺炎疫情给国际贸易带来强烈冲击,也重塑了展会的发展方式。服贸会、中关村论坛和金融街论坛作为北京三大品牌展会起到汇聚全球资源,展现首都担当的重要作用。在2020年,三大品牌展会均采用“线上+线下”办展的模式,不同程度地起到促进文化服务贸易发展的作用。本文探讨三大品牌展会促进文化服务贸易发展的直接和间接效应,三大品牌展会作为文化服务贸易平台的优势、问题与挑战,最后,提出合理发挥政府的引导作用、借助数字技术丰富展会内容、实施“引进来”与“走出去”办展战略,更好地发挥三大品牌展会平台作用,助力北京与全球文化服务贸易发展。

Abstract

In 2020,COVID-19 will bring a strong impact on international trade and reshape the development mode of the exhibition. China International Trade Fair for Services(CIFTIS),ZGC Forum and Financial Street Forum three major brands have convergence of global resources,the exhibition show play the important role of capital,in 2020,the three major brands exhibition adopts “online and offline” mode of exhibition,promote cultural service trade in different degrees. This paper discusses the direct and indirect effects of the three brand exhibitions in promoting trade in cultural services,the advantages,problems and challenges of the three brand exhibitions as a platform for trade in cultural services. Finally,it puts forward policy suggestions on how to better play the role of the three brand exhibition platforms in promoting the development of trade in cultural services between Beijing and the world.
