2020年，北京市动漫产业稳定发展，产业贸易基础得到进一步夯实；同时北京市政府多方面出台相关政策扶持动漫产业发展，北京市动漫产业对外贸易持续快速发展。但与此同时北京市动漫产业对外贸易发展仍面临动漫作品缺乏核心世界观、缺乏科学的人才培养机制、产业链不健全等困境。为推动北京市动漫产业对外贸易进一步发展，本报告提出通过发掘文化共通性、打造优秀动漫剧本、坚持引进与培养人才并举，缓解动漫人才短缺的境况，同时构建动漫衍生品营销综合系统，促进线上线下联动发展等相关建议。
In 2020，the animation industry in Beijing developed steadily，and the foundation of industrial trade will be consolidated to a further step. At the same time，the Beijing Municipal Government has issued various policies to support the development of animation enterprises，therefore the foreign trade of Beijing’s animation industry will continue to develop rapidly. However，Beijing’s animation industry still faces many difficulties in the foreign trade，such as lack of core worldview，scientific personnel training mechanism and integrated industrial chain. In order to promote the further development of foreign trade in Beijing’s animation industry，this article suggests to explore cultural commonality，create excellent animation scripts；attract and cultivate talents，alleviate the dilemma of animation talent shortage；and build an integrated marketing system of animation derivatives to promote online and offline linkage more closely.
