2019年随着希腊的加入，中国-中东欧国家合作由“16+1”演化为“17+1”。希腊的加入体现了中国-中东欧国家合作的开放、包容和务实的原则，回应了对合作机制的质疑，也有利于未来“17+1合作”机制平台的完善。“16+1合作”演化为“17+1合作”，中国-中东欧国家合作在经贸投资、人文交流等方面迎来了新的增长点和增长动力。同时“17+1合作”今后也要做好回应欧方质疑，处理好希腊加入合作后的各方关系，高质量地提升务实合作，做好与中东欧地区大国合作等工作。
With the accession of Greece in 2019，China-CEECs cooperation has evolved from “16+1” to “17+1”. Greece’s accession reflects the openness，inclusiveness and pragmatism of China-CEECs cooperation，which responded to the doubts about this cooperation mechanism and is conducive to the improvement of the “17+1” cooperation mechanism in the future. After evolving into “17+1” cooperation，China-CEECs cooperation has ushered in new growth points and growth momentum in the fields of trade，investment，cultural exchanges and other aspects. In the coming years，some works have to do under the “17+1” mechanism. It is important to respond well to the EU’s doubts about “17+1” cooperation，coordinate the relations of all parties after Greece’s accession，promote high-quality cooperation of “17+1” and handle the relationship with important countries in CEE region.
