2020年粤港澳大湾区综合交通网络建设报告

综合交通网络建设承担着粤港澳大湾区经济社会高质量发展的“先行官”使命,影响着大湾区协调发展和经济一体化的进程。综观2020年,粤港澳大湾区综合交通网络建设既取得“硬联通”的成效,也在协同机制和服务对接等“软联通”方面获得新进展,有力地满足了受新冠肺炎疫情影响下的经济恢复发展需求。未来应构建以“轨道上的大湾区”为重点,以广佛—港深、广佛—澳珠以及珠江口跨江通道为主轴的现代化综合交通网络,不断提升交通运输服务质量,为打造“双循环”战略支点形成有力支撑。

Abstract

The construction of synthetical transportation network undertakes the mission of “vanguard” for the high-quality economic and social development of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA),and affects the process of coordinated development and economic integration of GBA. In 2020,the construction of synthetical transportation network in GBA not only has achieved the effect of “hard connection”,but also has made new progress in “soft connection”,such as coordination mechanism and service docking,which has effectively met the needs of economic recovery and development suffered from the COVID-19 epidemic. In the future,a modern synthetical transportation network with “GBA on the track” as the focus,and Guang-Fo-Hongkong and Shenzhen,Guang-Fo-Macao and Zhuhai and the Pearl River Estuary cross river channel as the main axis,would be built,which continuously improve the quality of transportation services,and form a strong support for building a “double cycle” strategic fulcrum.
