非盟是非洲一体化走向深入的跨时代产物，在当代非洲政治、经济和社会文化各个层面发挥着不可替代的作用。面对当前单边主义、霸权主义逆流，非盟坚持联合自强，在国际事务中弘扬多边主义，为发展中国家仗义执言，是当今世界百年未有之大变局中的活跃力量。近年来，尤其是新冠肺炎疫情暴发后，非盟坚持非洲国家“用一个声音说话”，共同应对各类危机和挑战，在一体化道路上取得具有里程碑意义的重大进展。中国与非盟关系是中非全面战略合作伙伴关系的重要组成部分，双方在政治互信、战略对接、和平安全和公共卫生等领域的合作扎实推进。
African Union（AU）is a watershed organization in Africa’s integration process，and plays an indispensable role in the political，economic，social and cultural life of contemporary Africa. Against the backdrop of unilateralism and hegemony，AU remains steadfast in seeking strengthen through unity，upholds multi-lateralism in international affairs to support developing countries，and represents a dynamic force in a world undergoing major transformation unseen in the past century. In recent years，but more so since the outbreak of COVID-19，AU has been committed to speaking with one voice and jointly addressing crises and challenges，and have made landmark progress in regional integration. As an important part of China-Africa comprehensive strategic and cooperative partnership，China-AU relations are making great strides as demonstrated in political mutual trust，strategic synergies and cooperation in peace，security and public health areas.
