人工智能的兴起，给几乎所有的行业都带来了巨大变革。现阶段，人工智能最显著的应用就是通过大数据技术、机器学习和神经网络等技术将海量繁杂无直接价值的数据，转化成有直接价值的信息，而金融信息服务在业务开展过程中积累并不断生成海量数据，因此，金融信息服务业应用人工智能具有天然优势，人工智能对金融信息服务的影响也是全面而深刻的。本报告首先简要介绍了当前人工智能的发展情况，并归纳了人工智能的基本特点及其发展阶段；其次，分析了人工智能对金融信息服务产生的影响，并总结了当前人工智能在金融信息服务方面的主要应用类型；最后，指出了现阶段人工智能在金融信息服务应用中存在的一些瓶颈，并根据全文分析提出相应对策建议。
The rise of artificial intelligence has brought drastic changes to almost all industries. At the present stage，the most remarkable application of artificial intelligence is to convert massive and complex data with non-direct value into information with direct value through technologies such as big data technology，machine learning and neural networks. Financial information service has generated and accumulated abundant data in the process of business development. Therefore，the application of artificial intelligence in the financial information service industry has natural advantages and the artificial intelligence has a comprehensive and profound effect on the development of financial information service. This chapter first briefly introduces the current development of intelligence and summarizes the basic characteristics and development stages of artificial intelligence. Then we analyze the influence that artificial intelligence imposes on the financial information service and summarize the major application types of AI in financial information service. Finally，the article point out the choke point in the application of AI in financial information service and propose in the full text analysis foundation.
