大数据不仅仅是新一轮全球革命最重要的生产资料，还是全面掀起各行各业巨大变革的重要驱动力。大数据以全新的数据处理方式对海量繁杂的数据进行分析，挖掘数据背后的联系与规律，创造更有价值的产品和服务。金融行业拥有海量的数据存量和不断增长的数据流量，因此，金融行业具备拥抱大数据的天然基础。金融信息服务是大数据和金融业交叉融合的最佳应用场景。本报告首先简要介绍了金融大数据的概念、内涵、特征及其类型，并分析了金融大数据在不同金融机构的应用现状；其次，分析了金融大数据对金融信息服务产生的影响，并总结了当前金融大数据在金融信息服务方面的应用瓶颈；最后，提出了促进金融大数据在金融信息服务业应用的对策建议。
Big data is not only the most significant production material for the new round of global revolution，but also an important driving force for drastic changes in all walks of life. Big Data analyzes vast amounts of data with new data processing methods，which can tap the connections and rules revealed by the data and create more valuable products and services. There is a huge amount of data inventory and growing data traffic in the financial industry. Therefore，the financial industry lays a natural foundation for developing big data and financial information service is the best application for the cross integration of big data and financial industry. This chapter starts from introducing the concept，connotation，characteristics and types of financial big data，and analyzes the application status of financial big data in different financial institutions. Then we analyze the impact of financial big data on financial information service and summarize the current bottleneck in the application of financial big data in financial information service. Finally，some countermeasures to promote the application of financial big data in financial information service industry are put forward.
