金融结构的变迁是国家金融创新的结果。金融创新导致了一国金融机构经营范围、组织结构、金融工具、金融产品的变化，进而导致了该国金融业微观结构的变迁，最终影响到该国的宏观金融结构，形成了一国金融结构的变迁。而金融结构的变迁又直接决定着该国金融监管体系变迁的方向。本文在金融结构视角下对各国金融监管体系变迁的过程进行了考察，并从宏观层面归纳世界各国金融结构与金融监管体系变迁的大致规律，以期对中国目前进行的金融监管改革给出一些有意义的启示和具体的建议。
