近年来，我国商业银行同业业务发展迅速，为更好地了解商业银行同业业务现状，本报告对国际及国内同业业务进行了相关研究，梳理了国际金融机构同业业务的发展历程和危机后同业业务的监管变革，分析了我国商业银行同业业务的发展现状及存在的主要风险，并据此提出了相关政策建议。
Abstract：China’s commercial banks interbank business have been developing rapidly recently. For better understanding of the current situation of commercial banks，this paper has carried on the related researches to the international and domestic interbank business，combed the development process of the international interbank business and the supervision reform after the crises，and analyzed the current situation and the main risk of the development of China’s commercial banks interbank business. Based on this，this paper also put forward the relevant policy recommendations.
