金融科技已成为促进金融创新和未来金融业竞争的重要抓手。金融科技的快速发展和应用也对金融监管提出了更高的要求。2016年以来，多个国家和地区逐渐使用监管沙盒模式来营造平衡创新与风险的良好监管环境。监管沙盒制度对我国现阶段的金融科技监管具有重要的借鉴价值。我国目前已经初步具备了实施监管沙盒的基础条件，未来需要转变监管理念，创新监管工具，建立统一协调、长效健全的监管机制来推进监管沙盒在我国的应用。
Under the background of the improvement of economic and social information level，financial technology emerged as the times require and gradually became an important field to promote financial innovation and future financial industry competition. The rapid development of financial technology has also opened up new ideas for financial supervision. Since 2016，many countries and regions have gradually tried to use the “regulatory sandbox” model to create a good regulatory environment that balances innovation and risk. The “regulatory sandbox” model has important reference value for China’s current regulatory model and China has initially possessed the basic conditions for implementing the “regulatory sandbox”. This article explores the operational patterns of “regulatory sandboxes” in major countries（regions） and the way to regulate the localization of sandboxes.
