2018年以来，中国证券监督管理机构深入学习贯彻党的十九大精神，紧紧围绕党中央、国务院关于积极发展多层次资本市场的系列决策部署，紧抓服务实体经济、防控金融风险、深化金融改革三大任务，积极服务创新创业、乡村振兴、脱贫攻坚等国家战略，全面系统开展证券行业各项监管，在优化发审制度、提高上市公司治理能力、推进证券业双向开放、加快资本市场数字化建设等方面取得了积极进展和成效。
Since 2018，China’s securities regulatory authority study the spirit of the 19th Party Congress in depth，actively develop multi-level capital markets，tightly grasp the three major tasks of serving the national economy，preventing and controlling financial risks，and deepening reform in financial system. National strategies such as innovation and entrepreneurship，rural revitalization，and poverty alleviation have become important targets for the development of capital markets. China Securities Regulatory Commission comprehensively and systematically carries out various supervisions in the securities industry，such as optimizing the examination and approval system，improving the governance ability of listed companies，promoting the two-way opening of the securities industry，and accelerating the digital construction of the capital market.
