Compared with China，Canada and US earlier step into aging society for decades with complete senior care system and wealth experience of post-acute care. Canada，similar with US，is experiencing the same aging social issues with close senior care service level，but the reasonable service price is Canada’s enormous advantage. Through protracted and unremitting effort，Canada overall designed and implemented three pillars of pensions system with lower management costs and nonexistent funding short falls，which highly regard by the World Bank. And in the meantime，the private long-term care insurance and other pension financial services provide reliable earnings with controllable risks. Therefore，Canada’s long-term care industry is healthier and worthy being learned. China is aging more rapidly and the industry still at an initial stage，there are many areas need improved and enhanced，such as family physician training system for senior care service，which is so called ‘combination of health care and senior care’s last kilometers’. Canada’s family medicine residency and training program is one of the world best programs can be integrated into China’s senior care service system. In conclusion，under the better bilateral environment，China and Canada post-acute care industrial chain can be combined with all-directional，long-term，deep and easy to fit in characteristics.
