基于层次分析法和专家访谈法，本文尝试建构政务微信的指标评价体系。通过对专家的问卷调查，本文对政务微信的各评价指标进行了权重赋值和排序。根据该评价体系，本文对2017年广东省内1682个政务微信的表现进行试评价，对指标性能和操作规范进行检验，结果显示，该指标体系能较科学地评价政务微信的传播力，可以为提升政务微信传播力提供有针对性的参考策略。
Based on Analytic Hierarchy Process（AHP）and Delphi methods，this article tried to construct a index to evaluate government performance on the platform of wechat. The questionnaires on 15 experts are used to determine the weigh of each indicators. Then the index is tested by the evaluation on the Guangdong province. The results show that the index system has good applicability and operability.
