2017年以来，伴随新时代中国特色社会主义法治体系的构建，我国互联网法治建设稳步推进。在《民法总则》和《网络安全法》的基础之上，我国先后制定、颁布并实施了一系列法律法规和规范性文件，全面深化互联网法制化实践。从网络安全法律法规体系的全面建成到网络新闻信息传播管理的日益强化，从网络个人信息保护的日臻完善到互联网金融监管的日渐严厉，互联网各级管理部门在现行法律法规的基础上，通过完善和加强行政规制的形式，不断重塑法律文化，在全面重构国家、社会和互联网之间关系的过程中，继续深化依法治网实践并推动网络强国建设。
Since 2017，along with the construction of the socialist system of laws with Chinese characteristics in the new era，the construction of Internet rule of law in China has been progressing steadily. On the basis of the Civil Law of the People's Republic of China and Cybersecurity Law of the People's Republic of China，China has successively formulated，promulgated and implemented a series of laws，regulations and normative documents，and comprehensively deepened the practice of Internet legalization. From the comprehensive completion of the network security law and regulation system to the increasingly strengthening of the network news information communication management，from the improvement of the network personal information protection to the increasingly stringent Internet financial supervision，the Internet management departments at all levels have improved through the existing laws and regulations，and strengthened the form of administrative regulation，constantly reshaped the legal culture，and in the process of comprehensively reconstructing the relationship between the state，society and the Internet，continue to deepen the practice of regulating the Internet by law and promote the construction of Internet power.
