国际报道从来都是国际政治的一部分,实现着再造自我国家身份、服务国家利益、抵制“他者”的目标。在东盟,媒介与政府、新闻与国家发展、社会整合之间的联系更加显著。本文通过对2016~2017年上半年的《海峡时报》《新海峡时报》《雅加达邮报》《曼谷邮报》《马尼拉公报》五家东盟主流英文新闻网站中涉“一带一路”议题的相关报道进行分析,研究发现:(1)东盟英媒涉“一带一路”报道的积极框架的运用比率为72.6%,其中有90.9%的文章(占所有样本比例的66%)通过合作框架、领袖框架等将中国建构为具有“利他性”特征的“世界性公民”;(2)在负面报道中(占所有样本比例的23%),75.9%的文章来自欧美通讯社(路透社、法新社等),其中所涉议题包括部分欧盟国家的质疑(9.8%)、印度的负面言论(4.7%)、东盟国家对中国地缘政治意图的疑虑(4.7%)等。
International Communication always serves as an important component of international politics for the purpose of reconstructing national identity,serving for national interests,and weakening“others”.In ASEAN,there are closer relationship between media and government,as well as between journalism and national integration.This study focusing on the reports on China's“One Belt and One Road”initiative from ASEAN's leading English news sites,found that:(1)there were 72.6% reports using positive-toned frame,of which,90.9% ones represented China to be an international citizen;(2)the 23% reports of negative tone referred to topics on European countries’ concerns(9.8%),Indian government's opposite attitude(4.7%),ASEAN counties’ unease on China's geopolitical intension(4.7%),and there were 75.9% negative reports were from Western news agencies.
