Agricultural cooperation is one of the most important junctions of the Belt and Road Initiative to realize joint construction and sharing. As one of the leading agricultural enterprises in China，Haid Group has taken the lead in “going global”. Its overseas investment has spread all over Asia，Africa and Latin America and other regions，which has vigorously promoted the development of agricultural production technology and farmers’ poverty reduction in host countries，and also made positive contributions to the building of the new development paradigm featuring both domestic and international circulations. Haid Group’s participation in the Belt and Road Initiative shows that the key factors for its sound development include thorough project research，mature business first，open and shared technology，and shaping an international corporate image. The case of Haid Group suggests that Chinese enterprises should actively carry out global layout，adhere to localized development，go abroad in the whole chain，continue scientific and technological innovation and technology export，and actively fulfill overseas social responsibilities.
