The Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area is one of the regions with highest levels of economic activity，openness，and development in China. With well-developed manufacturing and IT service industries，this area offers excellent environment and conditions for the development of blockchain-related industries. It is of great significance to build the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area into an international financial hub energized by blockchain. With the purpose of effectively promoting the application of blockchain technology in the financial area and facilitating the construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area into an international financial hub，this paper puts forward a “five-center” development system of blockchain-based finance，which is conceived based on the industrial reality and the ideological upgrading brought by blockchain technology.
