东南亚地区面临的跨境毒品犯罪形势比较严峻，东南亚的毒品市场正在发生深刻变化。目前东南亚地区已成为世界上最大最活跃的甲基苯丙胺市场之一，特别是“金三角”区域，合成毒品生产呈大规模扩展态势，甲基苯丙胺和氯胺酮等合成毒品生产激增。不断增长的晶体甲基苯丙胺、氯胺酮等合成毒品由缅甸北部进入泰国然后走私流入马来西亚、澳大利亚、新西兰、韩国、日本等世界其他地区或国家。东南亚合成毒品跨境犯罪发展趋势日趋严峻，特别容易对东亚、南亚和大洋洲地区造成影响，对东南亚各国以及周边地区公共安全和健康产生越来越明显的挑战，本报告期望通过研究东南亚合成毒品跨境犯罪发展趋势，分析问题产生的原因并就问题提出一些思考。
The scale of cross-border drug crime in Southeast Asia is relatively serious，and the drug market in Southeast Asia is undergoing profound changes. At present，Southeast Asia has become the world’s largest and most active methamphetamine market，especially in the “Golden Triangle” area where the expanding production of synthetic drugs such as crystalline methamphetamine，ketamine and other synthetic drugs are transported from southern Myanmar into Thailand and then smuggled to Malaysia，Australia，New Zealand，South Korea，Japan and other parts of the world. The trend of cross-border crime related to synthetic drugs in Southeast Asia is increasingly severe，which is particularly likely to affect East Asia，South Asia and Oceania，and will pose more and more obvious challenges to the public security and public health in Southeast Asian countries and neighboring areas. This report expects to study the trend of synthetic drug cross-border crimes，and analyze the causes of this issue and put forward some thoughts on the issue.
