自2008年国际金融危机爆发以来，世界经济一直在不确定性中寻求稳定和增长，但欧洲债务危机等事件的发生却使得世界经济总体环境难以有明显好转，各国经济因此备受影响。主要经济指标显示，在经受国际金融危机等外部冲击的情况下，非洲经济已经在较短的时间内得到了明显的恢复。考虑到当前非洲经济的增长动力主要来自外部环境，非洲经济的中长期发展有赖于在进一步发展对外经济合作的基础上逐步增强内生增长动力。从中非关系发展大局的角度而言，在现有国际金融危机的背景下探讨中非合作对于克服合作困难，并且探寻新的合作机遇有着极为重要的意义。
Since the breakout of the International Financial Crisis in 2008, the world economy has been seeking for its stability and growth. However, other negative events, such as the European Debt Crisis, have slowed down the process of recovery and the economies worldwide are still suffering. The major economic indicators reveal that African economy has improved significantly while enduring the shocks of the International Financial Crisis and other negative events. Considering the fact that growth of African economy still rests on exogenous conditions, the medium and long-term development of African economy should turn to its own inner driving forces while continuously expanding its foreign economic cooperation. In terms of the development of Sino-African relations, in overcoming the difficulties in cooperation and finding out new opportunities for cooperation, it is of great significance to explore to strengthen cooperation between China and Africa in the context of the on-going international financial crisis.
